Clearing Blocked

When drains block, the problems needs to be addressed swiftly, efficiently and at a competitive price.
We offer a rapid emergency service with no hidden call out charges. Further, we offer a fixed price for successfully clearing your blocked drains. If we are unable to clear it using traditional methods, e.g. with the use of rods or high pressure water jetting, then we will provide a quote for any supplementary costs that would be incurred in investigating the problem, e.g. drain tracing.

Why have a survey?

To determine possible reasons for constant blockages, e.g. root invasion, collapsed drains.

To detect any problems with drains, e.g. ground movement causing displaced joints, fractures, etc.

To provide peace of mind prior to purchasing a property as correcting structural defects can be costly.
What does a survey entail?
A camera is introduced into the drain via a manhole cover and pushed through the pipe; the pictures are relayed back to the monitor. Please note that access to an electricity supply to power the camera is normally required. However, if informed in advance of a lack of electricity supply at site, alternative arrangements are made.
The operator observes and notes down any defects or possible problems taking notice of their location. Once back at base, a survey report is compiled which lists any possible defects and their location and recommendations for any remedial work are also provided. If requested, a video can also be supplied but this must be requested at the outset.
Drain Tracing
Using sonar tracing apparatus, it is possible to trace the position of underground drains and buried manholes.
We offer a planned maintenance programme personalised to suit, e.g. cleansing of the entire drainage system or specific areas.
